Application

Walnut shell is used as a material to resolve lost circulation challenges prevalent in typical drilling operations; associated with stimulation fluid/drilling mud losses. Walnut shell is pumped into well with the mud, this practice is intended to seal perforations to create a more secure and less permeable well environment. It is an easy efficient solution without significantly altering drilling fluid consistency. Additionally, walnut shell can be removed and/or recycled effortlessly.
